One team enters the year with Super Bowl aspirations while the other is merely looking for stability under a new head coach and a familiar quarterback. Green Bay nearly went to the Super Bowl last year but lost the NFC Championship game to the Seahawks in a late comeback effort. Aaron Rodgers looks as strong as ever but wide receiver Jordy Nelson has been lost to injury, and the Packers will need to find a way to compensate for his lost production. Chicago fired Marc Trestman in the offseason, replacing him with John Fox from the Broncos, but kept quarterback Jay Cutler. The two NFC North rivals kick off the season against each other today, their first of two such contests in 2015.
