Indianapolis Colts v. Atlanta Falcons NFL football: next game, schedule, news, preview
The Indianapolis Colts square off against the Atlanta Falcons in their next game on the NFL 2015 football schedule at a time when one team is struggling with a myriad of issues in what was supposed to be a contending season, and the other team is cooling off after a strong start. The Colts have a 4-5 record for the year and have lost quarterback Andrew Luck for an extended period of time due to injury, while the Falcons are 6-3 but have lost three of their last four.
Indianapolis was a strong playoff team in 2014 but has dealt with a number of odd issues so far in 2015. Luck has been injured, free agent additions haven’t gelled, and rumors have swirled that head coach Chuck Pagano may be a goner regardless of the season’s outcome. Now the Colts turn once again to forty year old QB Matt Hasselbeck. Atlanta began the season with six straight wins but now Matt Ryan and Julio Jones have lost three of their last four and need to regain their momentum.
