Stockar McDougle, a former first round NFL Draft pick, was involved in a rollover car accident involving three vehicles and has been transported to a nearby trauma center, according to his wife Octavia McDougle. The retired offensive lineman and his wife reside in South Florida, where he grew up, though she hasn’t stated the location of the crash.
“Please pray for my husband,” she pleaded this evening on her personal social media account.
Stockar McDougle was taken in the first round of the 2000 draft by the Detroit Lions, and went on to later play for the Jacksonville Jaguars and his hometown Miami Dolphins. He previously starred on the football field at Deerfield Beach High School. He is the younger brother of former Philadelphia Eagles star Jerome McDougle.
His medical condition isn’t yet known.
