Veep wraps up season three on HBO with not one but two season finale episodes tonight, airing back to back to form a one-hour finale event. The first is called Crate and the second is appropriately called New Hampshire, as Vice President Selina Meyer (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) head into the New Hampshire primary in a tight race. Will she win? Will she lose? Will tonight’s episodes end on a cliffhanger?
Veep has already been renewed for a season four set to air next year, any cliffhangers will get a chance to be resolved with no fear of cancellation. It seems unlikely that Veep would head into another season with Meyer out of the running, so we’re guessing she finds a way to finagle her way into a primary win tonight, with next season focused on the ongoing campaign. Both new episodes tonight are directed by Chris Addison, but have different writing teams (Simon Blackwell is the only co-writer for both).
Tonight’s season three finale episodes of Veep have a start time of 10:00 and 10:30pm eastern time tonight on TV channel HBO.
