Baylor - SMU college football game today: TV channel live stream
The Baylor Bears and the SMU Mustangs face off today in an in-state Texas college football game which kicks off the 2015 schedule for both schools. One team enters the campaign highly ranked and is aiming for the playoffs, while the other team looks to reestablish itself in front of a national audience. Today’s game has an early start time and airs on a popular TV channel as well as a live stream online option.
Baylor finished with an 11-2 record in the 2014 season, winning a share of the Big 12 conference title and making the argument that they should have been included in the college football playoff competition; however they weren’t included and ended up losing their bowl game. Now they enter 2015 with a number four ranking and look to keep it intact. SMU went just 1-11 last year and saw head coach June Jones quit after just two games. Southern Methodist looks to start over in 2015 with new head coach Chad Morris, and gets an opportunity to make a name for itself tonight on its home field if it can play competitively with a top five ranked team.
