The New Orleans Saints take on the Atlanta Falcons today in a game on the NFL football schedule which sees the two NFC South division rivals both having steered themselves toward mediocrity after one began the 2015 season with a disastrous start, and the other had started on a hot streak but faded. Today’s game has an early start time and airs on a network TV channel in some markets as well as being available as a live stream online option.

New Orleans lost four of its first five games of the season after trading star tight end Jimmy Graham, but eventually climbed to a 6-9 record for the season. Quarterback Drew Brees and the Saints are coming off a victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars by a 38-27 final score. Atlanta won its first five contests of the year but has since dropped to an 8-7 record. Matt Ryan and Julio Jones and the Falcons are coming off an upset win over the Carolina Panthers. Atlanta has the home field advantage.
